If you have a problem entering your phone number on the application form,
please follow the instructions below. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please enter random numbers in the phone number section (e.g. 012-345-6789) and
fill in your real phone number in “[12] Address” (please type it after your address).
When you do so, could you put “My real number” or similar comment so that we will be aware of it.
